On Tuesday, April 8, the actress, 35, stepped out for the 2025 Fashion Trust U.S. Awards in Los Angeles in dramatic makeup, complete with white face paint, heavy blush and exaggerated brows.
The star wore a white long-sleeve gown by Marni with a black and red pattern, accessorizing with black heels and an oversized black hat. Fox was nearly unrecognizable in the bold makeup look and short yellow-green curls that peaked out from underneath the hat.
The event was hosted by Keke Palmer and celebrated five awards: Ready-to-Wear, Jewelry, Accessories and Graduate Awards, with a special award for Sustainability. Each winner was presented with a beetle-inspired trophy designed by jewelry designer Daniela Villegas. The evening also included a special performance by Natasha Bedingfield .
Fox brought her signature shock value to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet in March. The Uncut Gems actress wore a sheer slip dress designed by Dilara Findikoglu featuring strategically placed locks of hair wound around her waist as she posed for cameras.
Later that night, she swapped her naked look for a wind-swept shirt and skirt before heading to the Elton John AIDS Foundation's Academy Awards viewing party.
In conversation with Entertainment Tonight , the actress explained the look, saying: "This is like a swept away, like a gust of wind hit me."
The star appeared in a wind-swept white button-down shirt, maroon tie and gray skirt. Her blonde wig was also styled into tousled waves.
⁘We're in Hollywood, it's about drama,⁘ she added of the high-fashion look. ⁘It's about theater. It's about performance. I think it's easy to just put on a dress and look pretty or beautiful or hot and I don't really aspire to that.⁘
She also revealed that she "changed on the side of the road" in order to make it from one event to the other.
