Since March 2024, Eastview has welcomed fifteen new merchants to the property. Below Zero Spa, Capital One Café, Fabletics, Fries Fries Fries, Lolli and Pops, Rowan, Swarovski and Urban Planet are all under construction.
Fashion retailer Urban Planet is a growing brand in Canada with over 100 locations. Urban Planet's 15,080 square foot store is scheduled to open before the end of 2025. The store has a focus on the latest fashion, footwear and accessory trends for people aged 16 to 24.
Swarovski is returning to Eastview in the fall of 2025. Offering jewelry, watches, accessories and decorations. Swarovski will occupy a 817 square foot storefront near Center Court, between Janie ⁘ Jack and Kay Jewelers.
Lolli and Pops is projected to open in the fall of 2025. It is set to serve a wide selection of candy including gummies, international snacks and chocolate. Lolli and Pops' new 2,400 square foot space can be found in the Dick's Wing next to Hannoush Jewelers.
In addition to the new stores, three current tenants will move into fully remodeled stores at new locations. These include Box Lunch to Main Court, Buckle next to Abercrombie, and Amita's Xpress Spa to their former space near The GAP.
