Recent Jonathan Kuminga, Warriors Report Could Benefit Kings originally appeared on Athlon Sports .
Of course, the Kings are set to enter next season led by their core of Domantas Sabonis, DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine but they have also made some notable additions to their roster.
So far this offseason, the Kings have added Nique Clifford, Maxime Raynaud and Dennis Schroder to their roster to upgrade their depth.
Sacramento has also been linked to other players this offseason, including Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga.
It has been reported that the Kings have offered Kuminga a contract in free agency but the Warriors turned down their trade offer of Malik Monk and a protected first-round pick.
While the Kings have yet to agree on a deal that would land them Kuminga in a sign-and-trade, a report by ClutchPoints' Brett Siegel on Thursday bodes well for them.
"Kuminga is not budging and continues to passively let it be known he does not wish to return to the Warriors. If he is to be back with Golden State, nobody expects it to be a long-term marriage, and Kuminga will make sure it's on his terms," Siegel wrote.
